Any return or refund must be within 30 days of original purchase from HeaddiesDirect.com. Items that are unopened, undamaged, or defective can be exchanged or refunded. If you need to request a refund, exchange, or a replacement, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please provide your Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number, and the reason for your return. If your return/exchange is approved, a customer service representative will instruct you on returning your items. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used (Credit or Debits cards) or as store credit. HeaddiesDirect.com does not hold responsibility for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
